KARACHI: First Women Bank Ltd (FWBL) Business Center, Karachi, held a certificate distribution ceremony for the participants of skill development training programme. The training was imparted in the areas of fashion designing, silk painting, candle making and self grooming.

Certificates were also distributed among the participants of a short course in "personality grooming development and stress management".

Addressing the participants, Beautician Ruhana Iqbal of Bhab is Beauty Parlour applauded the role of Women Bank, by opening the new avenues for women.

FWBL President Akram Khatoon, presiding over the function, spelled out the promotional role of the bank for the economic development of women through self employment.

She urged the participants to put their skills into practice and set up home-based small business by availing credit facilities offered by the FWBL.ÑPR
