17.
Certificate of Registration.-
If the Collector or such other
officer as may be authorised by him in this behalf is satisfied that the
application for registration is complete in all respects, he shall register the
applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form and manner as the Board may,
by notification in the official Gazette, specify.
