NOTIFICATION
No.4-M.III/2003:-
The following Senior Inspectors(BS-14)/Income Tax Inspector
(BS-14) of Income Tax Department are appointed as Income Tax Officer
(BS-16) on acting charge basis with immediate effect and till the availability
of regular incumbents. Their services are placed at the disposal of the Regional
Commissioner of Income Tax mentioned against each for further posting:-
NORTHERN REGION, ISLAMABAD
1. Mr.Rafaqat Ali Syed.
2. Mr.Muhammad Salim Tariq.
3. Mr.Zulfiqar Hussain Alam.
4. Mr.Muhammad Ashraf Malik.
5. Mr.Muhammad Naeem Khan.

EASTERN REGION, LAHORE

2. Their appointment on acting charge basis will take
effect from the date of their joining, subject to the condition that no
disciplinary proceedings/enquiry are pending against above Senior Inspectors
(BS-14)/Inspectors (BS-14).
3. The above orders shall not amount to appointment by
promotion on regular basis for any purpose including seniority and shall not
confer any vested right to the officers for regular promotion to the higher
post.
