(Income Tax)
S.R.O.
278 (I)/2002.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2)
of section 14 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Second
Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely:-
In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part-I, in clause (78E), in the proviso, after the brackets
and figure “(78)” the word, brackets, figure and letter “and (78B)”
shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted from the 5th August, 1998
