NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. ___(I)/99.-- In exercise of the
powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV) of 1969, read with section
25 thereof, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to make the following rules to
regulate the valuation of imported goods for levy of customs-duties and other taxes,
