CAPITAL VALUE TAX
S.R.O. 15 (I)/2001.-- In exercise of
the powers conferred by sub-section (10) of section 7 of the Finance Act, 1989 (V of
1989), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt Japan Bank for International
Corporation (JBIC), Islamabad, from the payment of capital value tax in respect of one
Land Cruiser, bearing engine No. IHD-0201860 and chassis No. JTEHA05J 0623501000194.

S.R.O. 16(I)/2001.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(10) of section 7 of the Finance Act, 1989 (V of 1989), the Federal Government is pleased
to exempt M/s Abdul Sattar Edhi Foundation, Karachi, from the payment of capital value tax
in respect of the following motor vehicles donated by Pakistan Social Centre Sharjah UAE
and M/s S.A. Trading Co. Ltd, Japan, namely:--
