NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 8th August, 2000

S.R.O. 550(I)/2000.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 23B of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 (VII of 1947), the Federal Government is pleased to authorize Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim Qureshi, an Officer of the State Bank of Pakistan to act as Director of Adjudication under the said Act in relation to the whole of Pakistan, the Northern Areas of Gilgit and Baltistan and Territories of Azad Jammu and Kashmir with effect from 31st July, 2000 (A.N.).

S.R.O. 1000(I)/98, dated the 22nd September, 1998 is hereby cancelled with effect from 1st August, 2000.
