NOTIFICATION
(Central Excise)
S.R.O.330(I)/2002.—
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (8) and (9) of section 3 of the
Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Central Board of Revenue, with the prior
approval of the Federal Government, is pleased to direct that in its Notification
No.S.R.O.468(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, the following amendments shall be made and
shall be deemed to have been so made on the 13th June, 1996, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 2,--
(a) for the colon, a full stop shall be substituted; and
(b) the proviso shall be omitted.
2. This notification shall not entitle any person to claim refund of central excise
duty already paid.
