S.R.O. 346(I)/2000.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification No.S.R.O.1393(I)/98 dated the 23rd December, 1998, with effect from the 1st July, 2000.
