S.R.O. 43(I)/98.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (10) of section 7 of the Finance Act, 1989 (V of 1989), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt the new cars manufactured in Pakistan on or after the date of the issuance of this notification and purchased from a manufacturer in Pakistan from the Capital Value Tax.
