Payment Systems Department Cir No. 4

Timely availability of relevant and accurate information / data from payment systems perspective is a pre-requisite for policy as well as regulatory purposes. Banks are requested to please furnish information / data relating to payment systems on the enclosed Performa (two) for every quarter latest by the 15th of following month. However, the first report for the quarter of July 01, 2003 to September 30, 2003 will be due on the 15th of November, 2003.

5)	Total number of the PKR denominated demand drafts paid (cash, transfer, clearing etc.) by the Bank's branches during the quarter as well as the cumulative figure for the current fiscal year started from July 01, 200_.
