ADDENDA
The nomenclature of this Department has been changed from "Exchange control Department/Office" to "Foreign Exchange Department/Office." Further designations of the following posts in the department/Office have also been changed as mentioned against each:-

Consequently, the words "Exchange Control Department", "Exchange Control Officer", "Assistant Exchange Control Officer" and "Exchange Control Manual" wherever appearing in the Foreign Exchange Manual (Seventh Edition) be read as "Foreign Exchange Department", "Foreign Exchange Officer", "Assistant Foreign Exchange Officer" and "Foreign Exchange Manual".
