Dear Sirs,

Amendment in Five Years Foreign Currency Bearer Certificates Rules 1992

Please refer to the rule 11 of Five Years Foreign Currency Bearer Certificates Rules 1992, which reads as under:-

“Rule 11

No Claim of any nature will be entertained in case of any certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed mutilated or burnt.”

The above rule 11 has been omitted by the Federal Government vide its notification No. S.R.O. (1)/2002 dated 4^th June 2002 (copy enclosed).
