Dear Sirs,
Amendment in Pakistan Investment Bonds Rules 2000
In terms of Federal Government notification No. S.R.O. (1)/2002 dated 4th June 2002, the following shall be substituted in place of rule 8 in the Pakistan Investment Bonds Rules, 2000:
“8. |
The bonds shall be sold in auction or in such manner as may be specified by the State Bank of Pakistan.” |
