S.R.O. 501(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and in supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 1361(I)/98, dated the 9th December, 1998, Central Board of Revenue is pleased to fix the value of supplies as specified in column (3) of the Table below in respect of the classes of supplies specified in column (2) of the said Table:-
