(SALES TAX)

 

 

S.R.O. 494(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to fix the value of phosphoric acid (PCT 2809.2010), if imported by Phosphatic Fertilizer Industry for the manufacture of phosphatic fertilizers, for the purpose of assessment of sales tax chargeable at import stage, at Rs. 7,000 per metric ton.
