S.R.O. 493(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification No. S.R.O. 205(I)/2001, dated the 2^nd April, 2001.
