S.R.O. 446(I)/2004.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with item No. 50 in the Sixth Schedule to the said Act, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its Notification No. S.R.O. 753(I)/98, dated the 1^st July, 1998.
