NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

 

                        S.R.O. 459(I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 487(I)/2003, dated the 7^th June, 2003, namely:-

 

           

                        In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (3), for the figures “50%” and “30%” wherever occurring, the figure “20%” shall be substituted.
