AMENDMENT IN THE CUSTOMS ACT, 1969 (IV OF 1969)
In the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), in the First Schedule, against HS Code, specified in
column(1) of the  table below for the entries relating to the "Description" and "CD%"  the following
corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) of the table shall be substituted:-
