Islamabad, the 28th March, 2003
S.R.O. 297 (I)/2003 – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Drug Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government, Being of opinion the public so requires , is pleased to exempt the drugs imported, with the prior permission of Federal Government , for export , excluding psychotropic and narcotic drugs, from the provisions os sub-clause (vii) of clause (a) of sub-section 23 of the said Act, for a period of three years, provided that the export shall be subject to the conditions laid down by th Import Trade and Procedure Control Order 2000 and Export Policy Procedures Order, 2000

S.R.O. 298 (I)/2003 – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Drugs Act 1976 (XXXI of 1976) , the Federal Government, being of opinion that the public intrestd so requires, is pleased to exempt the drugs except psychotropic and narcotic drug, manufactures for export with the prior permission of the Federal Government from the provisions of sub-clause (vii) of clause (a) of sub-section 23 of the said Act, for a period of three years from 1st February, 2003.
