NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 27th May, 1979
No. F. 42(I)/79-A.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 31 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to
appoint Mr. A.V. Akhund to be the Chairman of the Drug Court established by this
Ministry’s Notification No. F. 40(I)/76-A.I., dated the 7th
April, 1979, and to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the aforesaid
Notification, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, for paragraph 1 the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
"1. Mr. A.V. Akhund, who shall be the Chairman of the Drug Court;"
