Islamabad, the 20th August, 1985
S.R.O. 806(I)/85.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 17 of the Drugs Act 1976 (XXXI of 1976) the Federal Government is pleased to
appoint the following persons to be Federal Inspectors for the purpose of this Act for the
whole of Pakistan:-
(1) Mr. Rauf Khalid,
Federal Inspector,
Islamabad.
(2) Mr. Khalid Aziz,
Federal Inspector,
Lahore.
(3) Mr. Ahmad Jan,
Federal Inspector,
Peshawar.
The Federal Inspectors appointed as aforesaid shall also exercise powers under clause f to
j of the section 18 of the Drugs Act, 1976.
