S.R.O. 790(I)/95.- In exercise of powers conferred by
section 36 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government, being of the
opinion that the public interest so requires, is pleased to exempt, for a period of one
year commencing from the 16th July, 1995, and ending on 15th July, 1996, the following
drugs from the operations of the provisions of sections 5 , 6 and 7 of said Act:-
(i) Disposable syringes; and
(ii) disposable sets for collection or transfusion of blood or giving any infusion.
