NOTIFICATIONS
Islamabad, the 2nd December, 1986
S.R.O. 1061 (I)/86.- In exercise of the
powers conferred by section 36 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal
Government, being of opinion that the public interest so requires, is pleased to exempt
contraceptive devices including rubber condoms from all the provisions of the said Act.
