1.	For registration of a modaraba Company.	(i) At the time of registration	Rs. 2,500

2.	Application for authorisation to float modaraba;	(i) where the nominal amount does not amount Rs. 2.5 Million	2,500	2,000	1,500

3.	For filing, recording or registering any document or fact required to be filed with, recorded by or registered with Registrar.		Rs. 100 for each document of fact.
4.	For application for enquiry.		Rs. 500
5.	For claim against modaraba company by modaraba certificate-holders referred to the Tribunal.		Rs. 100
6.	For any other application before the Tribunal other than an application by Registrar, or before the Registrar by any person.		Rs. 100
7.	For inspection of records.		Rs. 5
8.	For certified copy of any document or extract at the rate of		Rs 2 per 100 words or part thereof subject to a minimum of Rs. 5.
